Welcome to Mythsensus ("the Service"), operated by Mythsensus from Thailand. By accessing or using the Service at mythsensus.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Mythsensus generates personalised reports synthesising 26 divination systems (BaZi, Vedic, Western astrology, Tarot, Kabbalah, and others). Reports are produced by deterministic calculation and AI-assisted text generation from the birth data you provide.
Mythsensus content is provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. It is not, and must not be relied upon as, medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, or professional advice of any kind. Always consult qualified professionals for those matters.
Free-tier features (daily blessings, 108 Oraculum, basic preview) are free of charge. Paid features (deep readings, full PDF reports, add-ons, subscriptions) are charged at the rates shown on the pricing page. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice. Payments are processed by Gumroad (our merchant of record), which handles card processing, VAT, refunds, and receipts. We never store your card details.
Refund eligibility is described in our refund policy. In short: digital reports may be refunded within 14 days if you have not yet viewed the generated content; subscriptions may be cancelled any time and remain active until the end of the billing period.

The Mythsensus name, logo, code, prose templates, and underlying engine are owned by Mythsensus. You retain ownership of the birth data you submit. Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use; you may share them privately with friends and family but not republish them publicly without attribution to Mythsensus.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the readings will reflect future events. Astrological and divinatory traditions are interpretive; results are not predictive of real-world outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mythsensus's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is PDPA-compliant (Thailand). Birth data calculations run client-side in your browser by default; data is only sent to our servers when you explicitly save a report or sign in.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on the homepage and will take effect 14 days after notice. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Thailand, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your home country applies.
