Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about every purchase from Mythsensus. The policy below explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and the few cases where they are not.

Processing time

Eligible refunds are approved within 3 business days of receiving your request. Funds typically appear back on your card or original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Payments are processed by Gumroad (our merchant of record); refunds are issued through the same channel.

Subscriptions: cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription in the app, or by emailing support. Your subscription benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial periods.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first. Most refund requests are resolved within 3 business days. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may delay resolution and can result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.

Consumer protection

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your home country (e.g. EU Distance Selling Directive, Thailand's Consumer Protection Act). Where local law gives you broader rights, those rights apply.
