Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about every purchase from Mythsensus. The policy below explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and the few cases where they are not.
Quick summary
- Digital reports: full refund within 14 days, if you have not opened the generated PDF / report content.
- Subscriptions: cancel any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; no partial-month refunds.
- Add-ons: full refund within 14 days, if you have not viewed the add-on content.
- Free-tier features (daily blessings, 108 Oraculum): no payment, no refund needed.
When refunds are eligible
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if any of the following applies:
- The report or add-on you purchased did not generate due to a technical error and we cannot fix it within 7 days.
- You purchased by mistake (e.g. duplicate purchase, wrong product) and have not yet opened the report content.
- The Service was unavailable for more than 48 hours during your intended use window and you were unable to access what you paid for.
- A material defect in the Service (e.g. the report is incomplete, in the wrong language without an option to switch, or contains corrupted data).
When refunds are not available
- You have already viewed / downloaded the full report or add-on content. Once consumed, digital content is non-refundable.
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase.
- You disagree with the interpretive content of the reading. Astrological and divinatory readings are subjective by nature and do not constitute factual claims about your life.
- The report was generated using inaccurate birth data that you supplied.
- Subscription periods that have already elapsed.
How to request a refund
Email support@mythsensus.com with the following:
- The email address used for the purchase
- The order or transaction ID (sent in your purchase-confirmation email)
- A short reason for the refund request
Processing time
Eligible refunds are approved within 3 business days of receiving your request. Funds typically appear back on your card or original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Payments are processed by Gumroad (our merchant of record); refunds are issued through the same channel.
Subscriptions: cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription in the app, or by emailing support. Your subscription benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial periods.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first. Most refund requests are resolved within 3 business days. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may delay resolution and can result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
Consumer protection
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your home country (e.g. EU Distance Selling Directive, Thailand's Consumer Protection Act). Where local law gives you broader rights, those rights apply.
